Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Conquer Bioworks LLC ("we", "us") collects through conquerbioworks.com and the Lab Supply Panel at check.conquerbioworks.com, and what we do with it. We are based in Austin, Texas.
What we collect
- Contact form. Your name, company, organization type, what you need help with, email address, and the message you write. The form is delivered to us by email through Web3Forms, a form delivery service.
- Lab Supply Panel. Your answers to the questionnaire, plus the score and estimates calculated from them. If you choose to ask for a follow-up, we also collect your name, work email, and company. These are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, in Canada.
- Visit statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are used. It reports in aggregate, uses no advertising cookies, and does not build profiles of individual visitors.
- Hosting data. Our sites are hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to follow up on what you asked for.
- To prepare your Lab Supply Panel results, and to understand how the Panel is used, in aggregate.
- To keep our sites working and secure.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing email unless you asked for follow-up, and every email we send gives you a way to say stop.
Who can see it
Only us, and the service providers named above (Web3Forms, Supabase, Cloudflare) who handle data for us to run these sites. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages and Panel responses for as long as they are useful for the conversation you asked for. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Please do not send patient or health information
The Panel asks about your organization's purchasing, not about patients. Please do not put patient, sample, or other health information in the contact form or anywhere in the Panel.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you. Email contact@conquerbioworks.com and we will act on it.
Children
These sites are for business use and are not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
